Shipping, Refunds & Returns
Shipping is FREE for all our products. Order processing time takes anywhere between 1-3 business days, while shipping time takes anywhere between 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.

We ship only to the USA.
And because we're offering FREE SHIPPING, low prices, and the demand is high, your order may take anywhere between 5 and 10 days to arrive.
So to keep the prices as low as possible, and also to offer you free shipping, we need to sacrifice the delivery time. But don't worry, your product will arrive at you GUARANTEED! Or else, we'll refund you according to this policy.
This depends on the product ordered and where we are sending it to.
The average shipping time is 5-10 business days. In most cases, your order will arrive sooner than expected. In very rare cases it can take up to 15 business days for some products.
Please be patient and don’t hesitate to contact us if you feel like you have been waiting too long :)
All orders should receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped out.

Shipping multiple items
We have a large assortment of products and not all are stocked in house. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster at no additional cost to you. You may receive one item before the next.
So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
Jacksonless is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives in your country and...
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Jacksonless reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged for whatever reason it has a 30-day warranty so we will resend you a new product. Just send us an email with your receipt and a picture of the broken item with the original package it arrived in and we'll be happy to send you a new one!
If you receive the wrong item (whoops, we're only human), we will send you out the correct item!
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of use;
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned after more than 30 days after delivery.
To return your product, you should email us via the contact page and we will give you all the details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (PayPal maybe), within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact page.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Please note that refunds and returns are not provided due to customer error. Example: incorrect shipping address, not reading sizes of products, etc.
Refunds are not provided due to change of mind.
